Candidate Interviewing

A second opinion when employers are making their own hires can be important.  We can provide a service for clients where we interview, provide psychometric assessments and reference check candidates.  This service can provide an independent second opinion and also be useful for offshore employers requiring impartial feedback.

Verbal reference checks both here in New Zealand and Overseas

While Property Employment NZ always complete verbal references on our hires, many employers dislike completing verbal references, particularly so when those references need to be completed after hours such as with offshore referees in differing time zones.  Commonly the task of completing references gets delegated.   Here at Property Employment NZ Ltd, we are uniquely positioned to ensure references are completed promptly, accurately with the right referees identified so why not give the task to us?

Even when an employer hires a candidate of their own accord Property Employment NZ Ltd can provide a service to complete this task on your behalf.  These reference checking services are completed by expert consultants.

Property Employment NZ carries out the required two or three references cost-effectively. A welcome relief to the stressed-out HR manager or line manager we’re sure!

The written version of the verbal references will be supplied promptly via email and typically the references ask the 26 most important questions employers need to be answered.
